How to Pay?

Medicine Platform does not currently support online transactions. You will need to negotiate payment methods and contract details directly with the seller.

Searching in Different Languages

Medicine Platform does not automatically translate seller product listings into multiple languages. Automated translation can lead to inaccuracies in product names and descriptions, which can cause serious issues in the medical field.

Therefore, if you cannot find the product or service you need, we recommend trying your search in English or other languages. However, the platform encourages sellers to add correct multi-language versions of their products to cater to customers from different regions.

How to Report Fraud?

Fraud in any form is not tolerated on Medicine Platform. If you discover a seller posting fraudulent products or engaging in any deceptive behavior during a transaction, please report it to us immediately.

Platform Fees

Medicine Platform is committed to being a foundational B2B tool for the global biomedical industry. We cover nearly all transaction categories within the biomedical field. We do not charge any transaction commissions or high membership fees. We only collect a small amount in advertising fees to support the platform's operations.

The minimum annual advertising expenditure for users is $60 USD.

How to Receive Payment?

• Do not register fraudulent accounts.
• Fraud, fake products, and deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.

How to Promote Your Business on Medicine Platform

Here are several ways to effectively promote your business:

1. Add Multi-Language Versions of Your Products: If you want to sell your products internationally, we highly recommend adding multiple language versions. Medicine Platform does not automatically translate your listings, as this can cause critical inaccuracies in the medical field. By providing accurate, localized versions, you can reach a wider audience.
2. Purchase Display Advertising: You can buy slideshow or category ads. Both ad types are effective on desktop and mobile devices.
   • Slideshow Ads: $25 USD/month
   • Category Ads: $15 USD/month
   • (Minimum subscription period is 3 months)
3. Purchase Keyword Advertising: Your ads will appear when users search for specific keywords.
   • Keyword Ads: $5 USD/month
   • (Minimum subscription period is 3 months)
4. Optimize Your Product Listings: The most fundamental and important task is to provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images for your products. If you encounter any issues during the product upload process, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.

Posting Products in Multiple Languages

Medicine Platform does not automatically translate your product information into multiple languages for user searches. We believe automated translation can lead to discrepancies in product names and descriptions, which is a serious concern in the medical industry.

Therefore, we strongly advise you to publish different language versions of your products and make necessary adjustments when targeting different countries.

Individual Accounts

Medicine Platform supports registration and product posting for individual users. Typically, products posted by individuals include patent transfers, educational training, and various online services. For the posting of other product types, users must comply with all relevant local laws and regulations.

Company Accounts

Medicine Platform does not restrict a single company from opening multiple accounts. However, we will verify accounts registered under the same company name. Please note that each account under the same company must meet the minimum annual advertising expenditure to remain active.

Account Vetting

Medicine Platform requires all users to provide true and valid information upon registration. If a user posts products in sensitive categories, we may request additional documentation for further verification.

Account Deletion

Medicine Platform does not support self-service account deletion from the user dashboard. If you are certain you want to delete your account, please contact our customer service for assistance. Please be aware that once an account is deleted, all information is permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
